Interface


Added colorizing of encounter messages on worldmap.

Legend:
Blue - player.
Green - peaceful NPC group.
Red - dangerous NPC (aggroes).
Orange - encounters with one npc group attacking another. After killing one group of NPC other will not attack you first in most cases, even if they were aggressive by default (example: not work for Remn of Master army, if floaters/centaurs still alive, not work for BoS patrol, killing someone).
Golden - caravan (friendly by default).
Violet - special encounter.

Added colorizing of some values in UI (Inventory in particular).
Added colorizing of some events to log.
//Added city WM colorizing. Expect delivery in like week, currently not enabled fully.

Replication

After death, the character going to replicate. During replication, all stuff of the character remains at the place where he died (if it hasn`t been picked up yet).
Your account will be charged 2500 coins for each replication (not including special cases).

Special cases:

You are less than level 28;
You took a "Replicanto" perk;
There is a prepayment (You can prepay any banker (5000 coins cash) and before updating the Daily quest, your replication will be paid.).
In these cases, it is considered that replication has already been paid.

• In cases of unpaid replication, you transfer to hell, where you can get out by hacking the turret or work out in a special location.
• In case of paid replication, the location is created in the area of ​​2 squares from the closest city, near which you were at the time of death.
• If there is no level 28, replication will always be in Arroyo.

There is an NPC on the replication station that offers two services:

Trading:
For a certain amount from the account (1500, if you are below level 28 or 5000, if higher) he will give you a standard combat kit.
Delivery:
Disconnected, but if the NPC of the Arroyo faction - you can get to Arroyo.

There are more exits from the Replication station:

Through the first terminal on the World map of the wasteland (2 squares to the city).

Updates:

Updates:
(+)Now the keys to the sub bases are "inserted" directly into the terminal by the owner of the faction (in the dialogue), and they don`t need to be permanently stored in the pocket/chest. (+)The function of painting the location allows you to paint the location on the world map in one of 6 standard colors.
(+)The terminal of faction base allows you to paint your sub bases by type (farm/warehouse).
(+)Anti-theft function - the transport has now 2 additional parameters: the owner and the last driver, which are listed together with the fuel/wear indicators. The owner is recorded when the vehicle is used for the first time and can be changed by the owner or the last driver by black paint applied on transport. The last driver is recorded after each use. When the transport is located in a personal base with factional access, only the transport owner, the last driver or the base owner can lockpick it without checking of skills. When using the "thief" skill on the transport, if the key is in the ignition lock, the owner/driver "hides" the key in a secured place and can pick it up again using a "thief".

Changed: Damage of Improved Flamethrower, normal Flamethrower, DR Mode and DR mult of ammo.
Pools of fire are created only by Molotov Cocktails or Napalm.

Bugfixes:
- Fixed bug with a hotel spawn being available in Broken Hills - removed.
- Killing rat which appears at caravans doesn't decrease your Karma anymore.

Adjustments:
- You can receive "Grave Digger" perk only once, Karma decreases only for the first grave. Digging other graves won't decrease your Karma.
- If you accidentally entered Arroyo with a weapon or explosives in your hands or accidentally equip a weapon/grenade inside it in active hand/untility slot, the forbidden item will be confiscated. You are not getting killed there anymore.

Minor localization fixes and improvements.

Сonditions:
- Outposts can be started since Rating 10, by characters who have factional belonging, by Sheriff Todd in Weswood.
- Outpost appears about once in ewery 4 hour, provided in the time interval: 16-00 - 0-00.
- Outpost appears immediately, this is reported on the radio channel 0 with coordinates.

Mechanics:
- Characters with fraction belonging can see outpost when put radio in extra slot.
- Only 2 groups with 5 fraction-belong characters, can enter to outpost, after that nobody will be able to pass there. There is 4 entrance and no entrance for car or vertibird.
- Capture is performed by using "science" skill on a computer, after 10 minutes outpost will be belong to that-who-use and his fraction.
- Re-capturing are the same. But owner can interrupt it jist by using "science" on a computer.

Ending:
- After an hour from start, outpost is dissapering. Fraction, which remains the owner, gain +1 strength

Decraft
For decraft experience points are not given, but no cooldown is charged, in case of increasing knowledge - will be exp + CD.

Removed excess ammo from NPC from the encounters.
Similarly, the ammo in the barrel at the NPC on the enc is usually smaller than in the gun cage.

NPCs (humanoids, except children and ghouls) can use FA, using their own cooldown (it's usually big, and the heal is small).

Removed all sounds, for now, I'll add`em later depending on the material they will be disconnectable.

Fixed a bug where the leather jacket drops on the bulletin board instead of the Molotov cocktails.

Replication.
Fixed replication.
In total there are 7 stations for payers in the wasteland (coordinates close to cities in relatively safe zones) and 4 stations for non-payers (Enclave, Zone, Death Valley).
Payers are respawning in the nearest of the 7 station from the place of their death.
Non-payers respawning randomly at one of the 4 stations.

Localization:
All dialogues are now translated.

Changes:
Hobos and travellers are now set as one AI team, different from AI teams of City NPCs.
Attacking either of teams will not provoke aggro from another.

Added sound system.
List:
Doors, Containers, Skills, Picking up\Putting down items.
Sounds depends on material of the item and it's type.
Can be turned off with a hotkey combination Alt+U.
*Notes: Barrels, Computers, Junk - will be added later.

Additions:
Now two "garbage" implants of one category can be sold to Rocky from Westwood. Give him two implants and 10k, you'll end up receiving a random empty one.

Fixes:
Maida's everyday task about rumors can now be finished correctly.
Attempt to optimize client scripts.

Special:
Thanks cirn0 for providing scipt English translation of dialogues.

Localization:
Implants are now translated.

Changes:
NCR Trader has his own "AI team" now and not attacking[player], when turrets or robots[players mercs] get hits.
Additional NPC's AI tweaks. Now they can open closed doors (humanoids) and keep moving, if there is a free space and they are blocking the way for their teammates.

Fixes:
Redding's "Factory" quest now works correctly.

Possibly fixed an issue of Awareness perk causing crashes when showing armor and weapon NPCs and players wearing.

Those who died by traps in Zone must not die multiple times (additional check was being set up).

Fixes:
Fixed amount of experience received for crafting Heavy Nails by Combat Engineer.

Commander now must correctly take an Armor-rewarding task at the Bulletin Board.

Localization:
Everywhere Athleticism is replaced by Athletics.

Changes:
Now the character's check of Weakness debuff continues to go on the worldmap. This should exclude the application of Weakness if two characters are logged on the WM and spawns in the same location.

Development: (what is not yet available, but already on the server).
An Incendiary AP Rocket (Damage source - Fire) for Rocket Launchers has been developed, but has not yet been introduced into the game world.

New functions for database and squares capture functionality.

Recovery of AP during walking and running functionality.

Fixes:
Another attempt to fix the Commander and Armor board task. Should be fine now, since it works on test server.

Changes:
NPCs now react to fire puddles and try to extinguish them, rather than ignore them and continue walking.
Reduced damage received by NPCs from Mustard Gas grenades.

Development:
Restoration of AP at step and run does not depend on Athletics.

New functions for databases.

The type of damage has been transferred to the proto files, now the type of damage can be given to any ammo regardless of the weapon.

Changes:
- All NPCs on the encounters now have random weapons according to their strength and animation availability. Some of them were left with classic weapons.
- Optimization of Data Bases scripts.
- Awareness now turns on when character is healing, to instantly show amount of hit points.

Development:
- Added ability to skip random encounters, if its possible by Outdoorsman skill and this encounter doesn't have players in it.

- Added ability to set "handmade" traps "on fly" for characters with 200+ Traps skill.
Mechanics:
Use Traps skill on yourself.
Two certain items will disappear from inventory, after this action invisible bear trap will appear underneath you. You can't see it and your movement won't trigger it.
If somebody steps on a trap, he'll get damage and slow, the trap will disappear.
If noone steps on the trap in next 6 minutes, the trap will disappear.
This procedure adds +15 seconds to Exhaust effect, and cannot be used, If Exhaust is more that 0.


13:00 - 13:30 GMT+3 - planned technical restart.
This will take longer than regular. Recommended to not plan anything for this time (primarily quests/dungeons).
You'll get notification about the restart in five minutes before it at Radio 0 channel and game chat.
